Welcome to Shan Chuan Yuan Holiday Home

Travel around in Sabah, Kota kinabalu with ease and comfortable stay at  our Holiday Home. Our place is 5 mins away from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport, and 15mins drive to town centre.

We wish guests will feel its a Home Away from Home at our place. 

Basically we have two room types:

1: Double Standard Room: (En Suite) : Capacity 2 adults

2: Family Room ( En Suite): Capacity 4 adults

* Airport pick up and Breakfast are provided. You can also book all tours in Sabah through us.

Holiday Home Facilities

• Lobby, living room
• Dining Area :( break is served, 24 hours Hot and Cold drinking water, self -catering : coffee, tea, instant noodles, toaster etc. )
• Shared Kitchen : ( for guest who wish to cook simple dishes when they do not feel like going out)
• Shared Fridge: Canned, Bottled drinks are sold here, ( guests can place their purchases of fruits and drinks here too)
• Automatic washing machine ( Brand new, for guests only), spacious laundry area
• BBQ set ( for guests who wishes to have fun)

欢迎大家来到山川园度假别墅！我们是位于沙巴亚庇的自家经营的小小度假别墅。非常靠近机场，开车大概5分钟，距离市区中心大概15分钟车程。非常适合一家大小出游旅行的好住处。别墅内部设计温馨，房间设备舒适，是个可以令人放松的度假住宿。

我们有基本2种房型： 

1：双人房（有一张King size bed）： 可以睡1-2人

2：家庭房（有2张 Queen size bed）： 可以睡2-4人

*来别墅入住，我们提供简单早餐，机场介绍，全沙巴行程安排服务。

别墅设备：

• 客厅（lobby）
• 餐厅 （供应： 早餐， 饮用热水冷水，咖啡茶，快熟面，烤吐司机等等）
• 小厨房（方便各位客人做点简单的小点，宵夜）
• 冰箱：度假别墅也有顺便贩卖一些饮料 （客人可以摆放买回来的饮料，水果）
• 洗衣机（全新，客人专用），也有手洗区， 晒衣区
• 烤肉架

• 独立卫浴（含热水器，洗发精，沐浴乳）
• 冷气
• 衣橱
• 吹风机
• 梳妆台
• 平面电视
