沙巴的日常, 风和日丽的礼拜日早上,最近比较闲空,就出去溜达一番。跟我来在亚庇到处吃吃喝喝。
早餐 (Cybercity), 午餐( Damai),晚餐 ( Market 88)

早上去了一家很典型的24小时印度餐厅吃早餐。
店名: Restaurant Maimunah Maju
最近感觉比较燥热点了杯椰子汁,再配上印度饼 (甩饼/飞饼)。
当在点椰子汁的时候,一定要记得告诉Ah Neh=印度大哥, 要年轻,嫩一点的椰子才会有嫩嫩滑滑的果肉吃哦。太老还是太嫩的椰子并不会有果肉。 老的就太硬了,可以刨下来做椰丝了。
我一直都是很喜欢吃印度甩饼,可是卡路里超高,都是涂了一层又一层的油做的。大家都是点各式各样的印度饼, 有加蛋,加洋葱,加起司,还有加水果等等的(不要介意,可是本人一直觉得加水果蛮恶心的)。
通常印度饼都会配上2种酱料,一个咖喱(有点辣),一个黄豆酱(不辣)。我们还蛮常光顾此店, 因为地点很棒(机场旁边), 还有他的餐点饮料都是很标准的。点什么都不会踩到地雷。一般来说这个是普通马来西亚人的早餐。

Drink: Fresh young coconut juice with all the yummy coconut meat
Food: Roti Canai/ Kosong (Indian flatbread)

When ordering a coconut remember to tell the "Ah Neh" = big brother to pick a young coconut for you. "Muda" = young = youthful '. The just right " young coconut" will have these delicious coconut meat. Not too young not too old.
Always love the fragrant crispy and chewy roti canai. Here in KK ( Kota Kinabalu), lots of people order this dish by its different variety. Roti ( bread), it can be combined with egg, onion, cheese, beef, lamb, whatever u name it, even fruits (no offence but I feel really gross out by that. ) Usually roti comes with 2 types of sauce: the curry ( chicken or fish,slightly spicy), and dal( yellow bean, not spicy at all). We visit this restaurant often due to its strategic place ( near the airport) and also its taste and flavour are all pretty standard. Its a everyday for lots of local Malaysian men.

板面

传统的马来西亚客家面。在马来西亚各个地区都有的。妈妈最爱这一味,每个礼拜最少要吃一次。汤底是看似清淡,但是味道香味浓郁,我特别喜欢里面的炸云吞,猪肉丸,酥酥脆脆的小鱼干还有菜。
板面的面有好几种,有细的,宽的,还有手撕的。我比较喜欢手撕的,比较大比较有弹性,QQ好吃。
不过,这家餐厅唯一不好的地方就是没地方停车。 Damai那一区基本就是如果没事真的不要去,每天都是塞车塞满满。

Pan Mian/Pan Mee our usual favourite lunch. 
This is a traditional Hakka-style noodle, originating from Malaysia. Its Chinese name literally translates to "flat flour noodle". It is part of Malaysian Chinese cuisine. My mum love this dish specially, she will have this at least once a week. 
The soup is tasty and comes with lots of yummy bits: the fried dumplings, pork balls, crispy dry fishes and vegetables.
This noodle comes in a lot of shapes: thin, broad and hand pulled. 
One drawback to this restaurant is : NO parking. Its situated in Damai area, of which I would said "don't go there if you don't have any serious business that you cant do else where. "





这次我们试了一些新的菜色,韩国大骨汤还有炒肉片配青菜。那个大骨汤的汤底感觉很像日本的味增汤,应该都是同类型的黄豆制品。味道不错,偏咸,蛮喜欢的。不过,那盘肉片炒菜就还好。不怎么样。

We tried out the pork bone hot pot which is very yummy. it is kind of like a pork stew with a Korean soup base. The taste is on the salty side and its kind of similar to Japanese miso.
Next we also tried something new: the stir fried pork + vegetables. Not very impressive. 
Overall I still love this place the best out of all the Korean restaurants in KK.
